Russian troops tried to install flags on spoil heap near Avdiivka
Officer of the 59th Separate Motorized Infantry Brigade named after Yakiv Handziuk, Serhiy Tsehotskyi, noted that the invaders tried to install flags on a spoil tip near Avdiivka, but were destroyed by the Ukrainian Defense Forces
He said this on the Espreso TV channel.
"The situation around Avdiivka has not changed over the last day. Yesterday, the occupiers climbed onto the spoil tip, but they were all eliminated there. Their flags were destroyed by our FPV drone," emphasized Tsehotskyi.
According to the officer, Russia does not stop its intentions to storm Avdiivka.
"Invaders are using FPV drones, kamikaze drones. Artillery duels are taking place, but they are not taking any active steps. We understand the intentions of the invaders towards Avdiivka and are doing everything to prevent this from happening," emphasized Tsehotskyi.
- Russian troops continue to deploy additional forces to the Avdiivka front. A Russian milblogger said that Russian troops are in a difficult situation because of Ukrainian drones and high-precision weapons that make their armored vehicles vulnerable.
- Over the past day, Ukrainian troops repelled Russian attacks at the Lyman, Bakhmut, Avdiivka, Marinka, Shakhtarsk and Kupyansk directions. At the same time, the Armed Forces eliminated 800 invaders.
