Russian forces transfer military equipment and personnel through Mariupol
Petro Andryushchenko, adviser to the mayor of Mariupol, noted that Russian troops began to shoot videos, moving in columns, in order to look back later and find those who recorded their movement
He told this live on the Espreso TV channel.
"Russian troops transfer military equipment, which is traveling uncovered through Mariupol. Ammunition and various items for the needs of the Russian army are being transported in civilian trucks. Yesterday, on November 4, there was generally a large movement of equipment through the city center, 23 tanks were being pulled by tractors. In addition, Russians understood that we were recording all this and yesterday for the first time they saw how large column was driving, accompanied by commandant's office, and they were filming everything around in order to see on video and catch those who are recording their movement", the advisor to the mayor of Mariupol said.
Petro Andryushchenko explained that traffic goes through the city, because Mariupol has the only bridge connecting the Russian side with Novoazovsk, but there is a traffic jam with trucks and military equipment waiting at the bridge for 3-4 hours.
"Everything that came from the Russian side to Mariupol is then distributed in two directions, to Donetsk and Zaporizhzhia or Kherson. Also, many mobilized troops are brought from Russia, they stop partly in Mariupol region, and then move in the direction of Kherson region and Zaporizhzhia", Andryushchenko noted.
