Russian forces steal civilian cars in Skadovsk for 'army's needs' – National Resistance Center 

Ukraine's National Resistance Center reported this. 

“The occupying forces robbed garage corporations in the Skadovsk district. The Russians go around the premises and seize cars right during the 'inspection' allegedly for the Russian army's needs. It should be noted that in the temporarily occupied territories, Russians practice reselling stolen cars. To do this, they break the license plates and drive them to the Russian Federation,” the message says.
