Russian forces shell village in Mykolaiv region overnight, killing one person

Mykolaiv regional military administration head Vitaliy Kim shared an update in his Telegram channel.

"On the night of July 6, starting at 02:20, Nechayane village was shelled. According to preliminary information, one person was killed," he wrote.

Kim also added that there were shellings in the Bashtan and Mykolaiv districts on July 5.

In the Bashtan district, the Shyrokivska community was shelled in the morning and in the afternoon of the previous day. One residential building was damaged and another was destroyed. Also, the tractor burned down.

"There are no victims. At night, on the same day, there were also shellings, mostly outside the borders of populated areas. There are no victims," ​​added the military head.

As for the Mykolaiv district, at around 11:20 on July 5, a person was killed in the shelling of Zasiliya village of the Pervomaysk community.

"Also on July 5, at around 11:56, shelling of the Ochakiv community aqua zone was recorded. Around 12:22, as a result of the shelling of the Kutsurub community, dry land caught fire outside the settlement. Two power poles were damaged between the settlements," he wrote.

On July 5, at around 13:00, Kvitneve village of the Pervomaysk community came under fire. As a result, fields of crops caught fire.

In the Voznesensk and Pervomaysk districts, the day and night passed relatively calmly.
