Russian forces shell Sumy region 100 times a day, damaging houses, power lines

This was reported by Ukraine's Ministry of Internal Affairs on Telegram.

“In the Sumy region, the police have documented 100 strikes by the Russian army. During the past day, the Russian enemy once again opened fire on the territory of the Sumy region. As a result, seven private houses and a power line were damaged,” law enforcement officers said.

The police have started criminal proceedings under Part 1 of Art. 438 (violation of the laws and customs of war) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
