Russian forces shell residential area of Mykolaiv with S-300 missiles damaging houses

This was announced by the head of Mykolaiv regional military administration Vitaly Kim on Telegram.

According to the message, at night the occupiers fired S-300 missiles at the residential sector of Mykolaiv.

"On the night of August 25, approximately at 03:30, Mykolaiv came under fire again. According to preliminary information, the enemy struck with S-300 type missiles. It is known that a private residential sector was hit. As a result, a private house caught fire. Several houses were also damaged. Preliminarily, there are no victims or victims. Information about the consequences of the destruction is being clarified," Kim writes.

On August 24, the city was attacked with Smerch MLRS, the Russians were targeting the port infrastructure.

Kim reported on shelling in the Mykolaiv district.

"On the morning of August 24, the enemy shelled a private agricultural enterprise in the village of Kotlyareve, Shevchenkivsk community. Due to the fall of ammunition and their fragments, the repair workshop was occupied. As a result of the fire, agricultural machinery and the roof of the workshop were destroyed... The village of Novomykolaivka, Pervomaisk community was also under enemy fire. As a result of the shelling  farm buildings were partially destroyed, there were also hits on open areas outside the settlement. There were no casualties," writes the regional head.

The Russians also shelled civilian infrastructure outside the Shirokiv community.

"Approximately from 21:30 on August 24 to 5:00 on August 25, there were shellings outside the Shirokiv community. Around 23:00, the village of Chervona Dolyna came under fire. The farm buildings of households were hit. There are no casualties... The shelling of the Berezneguvat community continues. As a result of enemy shelling in the morning of August 25, a residential building was destroyed in Berezneguvaty. There were no casualties. Also, during the past day, the nearby territories of the villages of Lepetikha and Kavkaz were shelled. Information about the victims and damage is being clarified," the message says.

Kim noted that the day and night passed relatively calmly in Voznesensky and Pervomaisky districts.
