"At night and in the morning, August 5, the enemy shelled the Korabelny district of Mykolaiv. It is known beforehand that a private house was hit and the surrounding houses were damaged. In addition, there was a fire in an open area due to the fall of ammunition and their debris. Detailed information about the damage and victims is being clarified," he wrote.

According to the preliminary information of the Military Commandant's Office of the Defense of the city of Mykolaiv, at night the Korabelny district was fired upon with cluster munitions from MLRS, in the morning - with Pion long-range artillery.

Earlier, the mayor of the city, Oleksandr Senkevych, told on Telegram about the powerful explosions in one of Mykolaiv districts.

Russia also shelled the region on August 4 and 5.

Thus, on the evening of August 4, at 19:10, in the village of Parutine of the Kutsurub community, three people were injured as a result of Russian shelling.

And today, August 5, at 03:05, shelling of the village of Zaychevske of the Mishkovo-Pogoriliv community was recorded. As a result, a residential building, a private agricultural enterprise caught fire, and cars were damaged. According to preliminary information, there were no casualties.

"On the night of August 5, the enemy shelled the village of Shevchenkiv of the Shevchenkiv community. Residential buildings and adjacent non-residential buildings were damaged, there was a fire in the fields. There were no casualties. The Halytsyniv community was shelled by enemy shells at night. Information about the damage is being clarified. There are no casualties," Kim noted.

In the afternoon, August 4, at approximately 13:00, the village of Shiroke was shelled. The hits were in open areas, power lines were destroyed, agricultural buildings in households were damaged. Also, approximately at 18:00, there were shellings of Chervona Dolyna and Polyana.

"There were open areas, roadways, agricultural buildings of households. Around 01:30, on August 5, there was shelling again outside the village of Shiroke. There were no casualties. The shelling of the territory and nearby settlements of the Berezneguvat community continues. Information about the victims and damage is being clarified," told Kim.

In Voznesensky and Pervomaisky districts, the day and night passed relatively calmly.
