Russian forces shell Mykolaiv overnight, wounding one person and destroying administrative building
On the night of October 28, the invading Russian forces launched a missile attack on Mykolaiv, as a result of which one person was injured, and the administrative building was destroyed

This was announced by the head of the Mykolaiv Regional State Administration, Vitalii Kim.
He noted that the Russian forces hit the city with S-300 missiles at around 2:00 a.m. As a result of the shelling, the three-storey administrative building was destroyed, as well as the new building located nearby and the bakery were damaged. A person was injured.
On October 27, at 3:27 p.m., the enemy struck the territory of the Ochakiv community's water zone. There are no casualties.
Around 10:00 p.m., shelling of the outskirts of the Ingulets community was recorded. There were no injuries or damage.
“The shelling of the territory and nearby settlements of the Bereznehuvate community continues. Information about the injured and damaged residential buildings is being clarified,” Kim noted.

On the night of October 28, the Russian forces also shelled Nikopol by Grad MLRS (multiple launch rocket system).
