Russian forces have struck Kharkiv, Saltiv district, injuring two people

On the night of August 1, fires broke out in the Kharkiv and Chuguyiv districts of the Kharkiv region as a result of Russian shelling, rescuers report.

Partially destroyed administrative and warehouse and production buildings.

In total, on July 31, the State Emergency Service of Kharkiv region extinguished nine fires that occurred as a result of strikes by the Russian army. Four of them are in the Chuguyiv district, two each in the Kharkiv and Izyum districts, and one more in the Kyiv district of the city. Houses, factories, warehouses and wheat fields burned.

"The occupiers struck the Saltiv district of the city of Kharkiv. Stay in shelters as much as possible," Oleg Synegubov, the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, wrote on Telegram.

Two civilians were injured.
