Russian forces shell hospital in Bakhmut

This was reported by the head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, Pavlo Kyrylenko, on Telegram.

The Russian forces fired at the hospital with artillery. No one was injured, but the roof and beams of the building were damaged, and the windows were broken.

“Again and again, the Russian forces hit our civilian infrastructure in an attempt to sow panic. This is pure terror against the civilian population. Russia is a terrorist state!” Pavlo Kyrylenko said. 

• On October 22, invading Russian forces killed two civilians and wounded nine more in the Donetsk region.

• The Russian forces struck 20 times in the Donetsk region: they damaged a store, houses, and a preschool.  Children are among the victims.
