Russian forces shell Energodar, hitting civilian sites. Victims are reported 

The mayor of the city Dmytro Orlov wrote about this in a telegram.

"Energodar. Since five o'clock in the morning, constant mortar attacks on the city have not stopped. Automatic rounds are heard. It is known that several civilian objects were hit. There are casualties! We are finding out exactly how many," he said.

Dmytro Orlov called on the citizens to stay at home and observe the rule of two walls.
