Russian forces shell Chasiv Yar, Donetsk region, killing one person
On December 22, invading Russian forces shelled Chasiv Yar, Donetsk region, with multiple launch rocket systems, killing one person and injuring two more
This was reported by the deputy head of the President's Office, Kyrylo Tymoshenko.
“The Russian enemy used multiple launch rocket systems to attack the city. 1 person was killed, and 2 others were wounded,” he wrote.
Tymoshenko added that the multi-apartment buildings were damaged, and emergency services were working on the spot.
As of 4:00 p.m., the head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, Pavlo Kyrylenko, clarified that about 15 shells hit the town of Chasiv Yar.
“The Russians continue to wage war against peaceful Ukrainians - their state again confirms its status as a terrorist,” Kyrylenko stressed.

On November 26, the Russian Armed Forces launched an airstrike on a residential high-rise building in the town of Chasiv Yar. As a result of the enemy attack, the entrance from the first to the fifth floor was destroyed, one person was killed, and two more were injured.
