Russian forces prepare to attack Zaporizhzhya, blocking exits so people can't leave - regional council deputy

The deputy of the regional council commented on the blocking of the road in the direction of Zaporizhzhya by the Russian military.

"This is another blocking of people and this happens periodically. As a rule, the blocking of the road is connected with the attempts of the occupying forces to start an offensive on Zaporizhzhya. They create a human shield from the residents of Zaporizhzhya and Kherson regions and, covering themselves with it, overturn military equipment and personnel  for another attempt to launch an attack on Zaporizhzhya. This was reported by the official media last week, that an offensive is expected. Accordingly, preparations are underway for another offensive," said Serhiy Lyshenko.

Lyshenko added that, fortunately, Russian corruption works, and it is to our advantage, because people leave the city for money.
