He made an announcement on Espreso.
"Actually, the information about the transfer of equipment and personnel by the Russians to the South of Ukraine is confirmed. New equipment is appearing, which was not previously available in the temporarily occupied territories of Zaporizhzhya and Kherson regions. For example, the Russians are already transferring the Solntsepek TOS-1A anti-aircraft missile system. That is, obvious signs are being observed preparing for the offensive," Lyshenko said.
The deputy added that Russian forces are withdrawing from remote areas of the front and transferring their units to the front line.
"The Russians are withdrawing their military units from Berdyansk and Chernihivka and moving them closer to the front line.
