Russian forces intensify shelling of Kupіansk and Vovchansk districts of Kharkiv region
Valentyn Debely, a fighter of the Freedom Legion from the Kharkiv region, says the enemy logistics depends on pinpoint strikes by Ukrainian forces. Despite the danger the Russian forces have pulled up enormous resources, including artillery
He told about this on the air of Espreso TV channel.
"Recently, the frontline has more or less stabilized. The enemy has pulled up its forces and fierce battles are taking place along the entire contact line, the intensity has significantly increased. It is felt that the enemy wants to get as much as possible before the onset of winter. However, this is not the spring of 2022. All these attacks are repelled, and the Russian forces spend significant ammunition, not receiving territorial achievements. Heavy fighting is currently underway in the Svatove direction, Makiivka and Novovodyane. Somewhere our fighters retreated, and somewhere they moved forward, that is, the situation is difficult but stable in terms of holding positions," the Freedom Legion fighter commented.
Valentyn Debely noted that enemy logistics depends on pinpoint strikes by Ukrainian forces, but the Russians have pulled up enormous resources, including artillery, despite the danger.
"The number of attacks has dramatically increased over the past week. Kupiansk district is constantly being hit, not only military positions but also in civilian areas. Vovchansk is also a city which is constantly being shelled by the enemy," Debely said.
