According to the message, on the morning of August 22, the Russian military fired an Kh-59 missile at the civilian infrastructure of the Odesa region.
"In Odesa in the morning, the enemy struck one of the region's infrastructure facilities. An Kh-59 air-launched missile was launched from a Su-35 aircraft, from the direction of the Black Sea," writes Nazarov.
According to current information, there are no victims.
