This was announced by the head of the Dnipropetrovsk region Valentyn Reznichenko.
On the night of December 7-8, the Russian forces shelled Chervonohryhorivka, Nikopol and Marhanets communities with Grad and heavy artillery.
"More than 70 deadly shells landed in peaceful towns and villages. There were no dead or wounded," Reznichenko said.
Employees of the State Emergency Service continue to survey the territories and find out the details of the attacks.
In other districts of the Dnipropetrovsk region, a siren warned about the danger, but there were no arrivals.
