Russian forces fire phosphorus shells at residential sector in Bakhmut

Russian troops have struck the private sector of one of the Bakhmut districts, Donetsk region, with phosphorus shells

This was reported by the Strategic Communications Department of Ukraine's Armed Forces. 

“Right now, the Russians are using phosphorus ammunition on the private sector of one of the districts of Bakhmut,” the message says.
