Oleksandr Striuk, the head of the Severodonetsk Military Civilian Administration, said this on Espreso TV.
“The Russian forces evict people from their apartments and resettle mobilized soldiers there. This applies to our Severodonetsk community as well. They even posted a list of houses where there are vacant surviving apartments that will be taken from the owners and there will be resettlement. The attitude of the occupiers towards the population is becoming wilder,” he said.
