Local media and Telegram channels report that the Russian forces are destroying Kherson's infrastructure, in particular, they have blown up the TV center, heating plants, and the regional energy facility

It is noted that the TV tower near which the TV center was located is currently intact. The city also has problems with communication, the mobile network is only near the Antonivsky bridge.

Politician and public figure Oleksii Honcharenko also reported this, stressing that explosions could be heard in the city.
