Russian forces attack Kherson region, killing two people

Oleksandr Prokudin, the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, reported this.

"At least 26 attacks took place in Mykilske at noon. The enemy fire damaged a dozen residential buildings. Rescuers found the body of a 71-year-old man under the rubble of one of the houses," he wrote.

"Also, around 10:40 a.m., Russians fired at Tiahynka. One person sustained injuries incompatible with life," the official added.

• A woman was killed in Chornobaivka, Kherson district, as a result of shelling in the evening of December 24.
