Russian forces attack Kharkiv region injuring elderly people, children and one pregnant woman

On May 29, Russia launched a missile attack, preliminarily, with Iskander missiles, on the village of Kivsharivka, Kupyansk district, Kharkiv region

This was reported by the head of Kharkiv regional military administration Oleh Synyehubov.

“The village of Kivsharivka in the Kupyansk district was targeted by the enemy with a rocket attack, preliminarily, using an Iskander rocket. As a result, three elderly women aged 73, 85, and 90 were injured, along with a pregnant woman, a 14-year-old teenager, and a 10-year-old child,” he wrote. 

Additionally, the attack caused damage to a dormitory building, two private houses, and a gas pipeline in the village.

“In the village of Hlushkivka, also in the Kupyansk district, shelling took place, resulting in a 60-year-old woman sustaining shrapnel wounds,” as reported by Synyehubov.

All the injured individuals have been hospitalized, and medical professionals are providing them with necessary assistance. Emergency services are present at the scene to provide support.
