Russian forces attack humanitarian aid line in Kherson region with drones, injuring civilians, including one child
On Thursday, March 2, invading Russian forces shelled people queueing for humanitarian aid in the Kherson region, injuring 9 civilians with a child among them
The Kherson Regional Prosecutor's Office reported this.
“In the Beryslav district, according to preliminary data, the Russian army attacked with drones civilians standing in line for humanitarian aid near a school. The shelling injured 9 civilians, including a minor. They are being provided with qualified medical assistance. The final number of casualties is being clarified,” the statement says.
Civilian infrastructure was also damaged.
The Kherson Regional Prosecutor's Office has initiated a pre-trial investigation in the criminal proceedings on the fact of violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
