The Center for Countering Disinformation has published a selection of fakes produced by Russia on September 5

The Center for Countering Disinformation at Ukraine's National Security and Defense Council reported three significant instances of deceit on September 5.

Manipulation: Russian President Vladimir Putin commented on the conflict in Ukraine, stating, "Russia's enemy is not the Ukrainian people but the inhuman Nazis and their successors."

Fake: Russia's Minister of Defense, Sergey Shoigu, claimed, "The losses in the Ukrainian Armed Forces have exceeded 66,000 personnel and 7,600 pieces of weaponry since the start of the so-called offensive."

Disinformation: Maria Zakharova, spokesperson for Russia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, asserted, "The attack of Ukrainian drones on peaceful civilian targets (in Russia) further confirms the terrorist nature of the Kyiv regime. This fact cannot be denied, even in the farthest corners of our planet."

• Russian propaganda also circulated a fabricated video purportedly from Kyivstar, a mobile operator. 
• Furthermore, the Russian Federation disseminated false information claiming that Ukraine is the primary source of children for illegal human trafficking markets.
• Additionally, Spanish-language Telegram channels are spreading a fake claim that the Russian army's failures in Ukraine are due to Vladimir Putin's alleged reluctance to harm Christians.
