Fresh Russian fakes: Ukraine's presidential office prepares for negotiations

According to the Center for Countering Disinformation, on November 11, the Russian propagandists launched three major deceptions.
Manipulation: Putin's spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that "Kyiv is conducting terrorist activities against the Russian military commanders".
Disinformation: Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said that "the situation with the storage of hazardous radioactive waste in Ukraine is becoming terrible".
Manipulation: Telegram channel Militarist, referring to an interview with the head of the President’s Office Andriy Yermak, wrote: "The leadership of Ukraine, represented by the head of the President’s Office, Yermak, has begun to prepare the ground for negotiations.”
- Russian resources launched a diplomatic fake with the Commander-in-Chief of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Valerii Zaluzhnyi, who allegedly called for a coup d'état.
