Russian fakes during November 1: participation in grain agreement and forced evacuation from Kherson region

According to the Center for Countering Disinformation under the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, on November 1, the Russians launched three significant deceptions.
Manipulation: The Russian Foreign Ministry said that "the Russian Federation will consider resuming participation in the grain agreement if Kyiv refuses to use its provisions for its military purposes."
Misinformation: During a conversation with the president of Turkey, Recep Tayyip Erdogan Putin said "about the reasons for the decision taken by the Russian Federation to suspend the grain agreement, noting that the Kyiv regime, with the support of Western curators, used the rubber corridor created for grain transportation to carry out strikes on the Black Sea Fleet in Sevastopol."
Manipulation: Russian media, citing Kherson collaborators, reported that "from November 6, there will be a forced evacuation of residents of the Kakhovka district, "while noting that residents leave at their request: "someone goes out of fear for their children, and someone was convinced by relatives."
