Russian drones kill woman in Ukraine’s Dnipropetrovsk, injure man in Kherson
On the evening of August 23, Russia launched attack drones on Ukraine. The strike killed a 47-year-old woman in the Dnipropetrovsk region and wounded a man in Kherson

According to the Kherson Regional Military Administration, at around 09:00 a.m. the Russian army attacked a resident of Kherson with a drone.
As a result of an explosive being dropped from the drone, a 62-year-old man sustained severe injuries.
The man was hospitalized with blast and maxillofacial trauma, as well as wounds to his arm and leg.
Dnipropetrovsk region
By morning, Russia had attacked Synelnykove district with drones, said regional chief Serhiy Lysak.
In Dubovyky, a 47-year-old woman was killed, and an agricultural site, an apartment building, a house, and a summer kitchen were damaged by fire.
Drones also hit Mezhova, striking a house and an outbuilding, sparking more fires.
In Nikopol district, Russia shelled Nikopol, Marhanets, and Chervonohryhorivka with FPV drones and artillery, damaging a five-story building.
