Russian disinformation agents push fake stories about Ukrainian false flag operations at nuclear power plants - NSDC

The Disinformation Counteraction Center at the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine shared the news in Telegram.

The National Security and Defense Council warns about fakes from Russia - Ukrainian Armed Forces are allegedly preparing provocations at nuclear power plants.

"Russians can use such a statement as a kind of alibi, having independently fired at the NPP and accusing Ukrainian Armed Forces of this.

Russian troops are based on the territory of the nuclear power plant, and they use the nuclear facility as a cover. Such actions of Russian enemy make it clear that the Zaporizhzhia NPP will play a significant role in the future during the counteroffensive of Ukrainian troops, and Russian occupiers will continue nuclear blackmail," the message reads.

In addition, such fakes were caused by the IAEA's statement that the situation at the Zaporizhia NPP seized by the Russian Federation "is completely out of control."
