"A Defense Ministry plane has crashed in Valuisk urban district. An investigative team and the Ministry of Emergency Situations are currently working at the scene," he wrote and added that the cause of the crash is being investigated.
This area of the Russian Federation is close to the border with the Kharkiv region. It is from there the enemy is shelling Ukraine.

The cause of the crash was a technical malfunction, according to one of the Russian departments.
