Ukrainian intelligence confirms involvement in attack on Russia’s Smolensk plant

"On November 26, at about 11:20 pm Moscow time, an attempt by the Kyiv regime to launch a terrorist attack by an aircraft-type UAV against targets in the Russian Federation was stopped," the statement said.
It noted that Russian air defense allegedly destroyed the drone over the territory of the Smolensk region.
On Monday, November 27, sources in the Defense Ministry's Main Intelligence Directorate told RBC-Ukraine that the special service had attacked the Smolensk Aviation Plant in Russia with drones that night.
According to media reports, this operation was carried out by the Main Intelligence Directorate, and the target was the Smolensk Aviation Plant.
"It was a successful operation, the targets were hit," the source said.

At night and in the morning of November 26, the Russian Defense Ministry claimed an attempted massive UAV attack and the possible downing of 24 drones over 5 regions of the Russian Federation. One drone flew into a residential high-rise building in the city of Tula. The occupiers also reported damage to the power system in the so-called DPR.
