Russian army launches missile and drone attack on Dnipropetrovsk region, causes destruction
During the night and morning of Monday, September 11, Russian troops have targeted populated areas in the Dnipropetrovsk region, employing attack drones, missiles, and artillery. This assault resulted in significant damage to the region's infrastructure
Serhiy Lysak, head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, reported the information.
According to him, a fire broke out in Kryvyi Rih as a result of a missile strike, which rescuers quickly extinguished.
There was also damage to private houses in the Hrechani Pody community: 4 houses and several outbuildings were destroyed.
The Nikopol region also suffered from artillery shelling. Russian troops shelled the town of Nikopol, Marhanets and Myrove communities, damaging a private enterprise, houses and a gas pipeline.
Preliminarily, there were no casualties.
In addition, the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration added that the air defense forces shot down 11 Shahed-131/136 drones over the region.
