"Such terrorist tactics will remain with Russian forces. They will continue to shell Ukrainian cities with missiles. This applies not only to regional centers, but also to Kyiv. Although we are improving our air defense, we must not neglect air warning signals," Chaly explained.
The diplomat emphasized that Russian forces avoid an equal battle with the Ukrainian military.
"This is a cynical war. For Russia, missile attacks on our cities are a component of war. This is how they want to intimidate Ukrainians. Their military is trying to avoid fighting with the Armed Forces and instead is shelling our cities. Unfortunately, this will continue, but not forever. Since Russia's stockpiles of such weapons are not limitless," he added.
