Russia undertakes filtration measures in Kherson and Luhansk region
Russian forces are undertaking filtration measures, kidnapping civilians and stealing the property and repair base from the power grid maintenance companies.

In the temporarily occupied territories, Russian soldiers continue to violate the norms of international humanitarian law, laws and customs of warfare.
"In the village of Pisky, Luhansk region, representatives of the so-called military commander's office carried out filtering measures against the local population. About 30 citizens were kidnapped and taken to an unknown destination. Russian soldiers carry out similar measures in settlements along the Oleshky - Nova Kakhovka highway of the Kherson region," says the messages.
Meanwhile, the highways of the Kherson region are experiencing increased traffic of Russian trucks and cars with property looted from Ukrainians.
"Beryslav and settlements nearby suffer from Russian lootings the most. In particular, Russian soldiers take property and repair facilities from power grid maintenance enterprises," says the Ukrainian military.
In the village of Topolivka, Kherson region, Russian occupiers are using the local school and kindergarten as a "human shield", where they have stationed up to three hundred enemy soldiers and equipment.
