Will America be bold and influential world leader again?

The current sluggishness of the United States is evident during Antony Blinken's visit to Europe as the Secretary of State

The United States today demonstrates not politics, but political prostitution

The United States has never been as sluggish and inert as today. And the visit of the U.S. Secretary of State, Antony Blinken, to Europe is a vivid confirmation and testimony to this.

Antony Blinken spent the whole day wandering around Paris, trying to persuade all Parisians and, in general, the French that the idea of their leader sending French soldiers to Ukraine was a misguided and dangerous idea. However, all of Blinken's arguments did not convince either French President Macron or his colleague, French Foreign Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian.

"Macron, quite the charmer, would have the guts to cut off Blinken and say that in such a case, France will not ask for help from all of NATO and will not demand the activation of Article 5 of the Washington Treaty, even if its military clash with Russian invaders."

So, caught off guard, Antony Blinken headed to Brussels, to NATO headquarters. And from the high podium of NATO, Mr. Blinken declared that the U.S. leadership does not support the deployment of foreign troops to Ukraine.

According to the American Secretary of State, the United States does not support the idea of troops in Ukraine because they do not want to "become a party to this conflict."

Blinken mentioned that the United States does not endorse the deployment of troops to engage in combat in Ukraine. He emphasized their stance from the outset, stating that they are not inclined to become involved in the conflict but aim to assist Ukraine in defending itself against Russian aggression.

And then it's all just idle chatter! Antony Blinken stated that the United States currently does not observe indications that Russian aggression may extend to NATO countries.

Mr. Blinken added that they currently observe Russia's full engagement in the aggressive war within Ukraine, but they lack indicators or warnings suggesting that Russia's war on NATO territory is inevitable.

We can see how the weather vane on the roof of the White House has turned a full 180 degrees. The rhetoric of official Washington has become completely opposite to what it was just a few days ago. All NATO leaders, including the United States, were claiming that if Ukraine does not win the war against Russia, then the next victims of Russia will be European countries. But today everything has changed. Supposedly, Russia is firmly stuck in Ukraine, so let them deal with it themselves, and Europe is no longer under threat.

So, we see a vivid illustration of the fact that the United States today is not demonstrating politics, but political prostitution!
