What Russia may get from North Korea in March: Shells, ballistic missiles,KN-25 MLRS

By the end of March, Russia could receive a significant arms shipment from North Korea, including hundreds of thousands of artillery shells, ballistic missiles, and 600mm KN-25 multiple rocket launch systems. According to DAILY NK, there are also reports of potential deliveries of an unidentified large-scale MLRS, though experts suggest this could be a misidentification of the KN-25 system.  

North Korea is reportedly preparing to supply Russia with 152mm and 122mm shells in massive quantities. While past deliveries faced quality issues, recent reports indicate possible improvements. Additionally, Pyongyang may transfer hundreds of short-range ballistic missiles, including the KN-23, capable of striking up to 900 km.  

In return, North Korea seeks cooperation with Russian defense engineers to modernize its aging MiG-29 and Su-25 aircraft, develop new fighter jets, and advance radar technology. Given its outdated air force, Pyongyang is eager to strengthen its military capabilities while continuing to expand its ground forces.
