U.S.-Russia delegation talks set for March 24 in Riyadh, Kremlin says

Notably, during the first round of U.S.-Russia talks in Saudi Arabia on February 18, Russia was represented by Yuri Ushakov, Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, and the head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund, Kirill Dmitriev.

• Earlier, Trump’s special representative for the Middle East, Steve Witkoff, stated that U.S. and Russian representatives would hold negotiations in Saudi Arabia on March 23 to discuss details regarding the cessation of strikes on energy and civilian infrastructure in the Russia-Ukraine war.
