The head of the Ukraine's Presidential Office, Andriy Yermak, reports.

“The U.S. House of Representatives voted to extend military aid to Ukraine,” he wrote.

According to Republican Congressman Don Bacon, 353 lawmakers voted in favor of the decision, while 76 were against it.

All 76 lawmakers who supported the amendment by Republican Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene to restrict aid to Ukraine are members of the Republican Party.

The defense bill, which includes provisions for continued funding of aid to Ukraine, now needs to be reconciled with the corresponding version being prepared by the U.S. Senate. Once the two versions are aligned, the final bill will be put to a vote in both chambers of Congress.

  • U.S. President Donald Trump, during a meeting with NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte, announced agreements regarding the supply of weapons to Ukraine.
