U.S. approval for deep strikes on Russia: optimistic picture of war develops
Strikes on Russian energy infrastructure are the very act of transferring the war to the enemy's territory, which has been sorely lacking*
When the war is in Russia, Putin's ability to wage it will be radically diminished.
Why did strikes on Ukraine's energy infrastructure not stop us, but they might stop Russia?
Because we don't have the option to stop. We either win, or we will cease to exist as a nation, and many of us will physically cease to exist. We have all already left a digital footprint. In the event of occupation, it's only a matter of time before the FSB hunts down all active supporters of Ukrainian independence and leaves them to rot in Siberia.
"Unlike us, the Russians do have the option to stop. They know for sure that if the war ends, no NATO forces will go into Belgorod. They know that electricians will go there and restore power so that the Fyoklas (Fyokla the cook is a derogatory stereotype for a simple, uneducated Russian housewife who is portrayed as being apolitical and caring only about basic home comforts like watching TV and cooking - ed.) can watch their TV series and cook sausages with instant noodles for their Vankas (Vanka is a derogatory, dismissive term for a generic, simple-minded Russian man or soldier, derived from the name Ivan - ed.)."
There is now information that we hit the Belgorod thermal power plant with American HIMARS. We hit it demonstratively, twice, to show we have permission from the Americans to strike energy facilities with their weapons.
We need to watch the dynamics. But it looks like this is the first good news in the last two years concerning global matters. Namely, a reduction in Russia's readiness to continue the war.
If we overlay our increased capabilities to strike energy targets with Russia's economic problems, reduced revenues from oil and petroleum products, a VAT increase in Russia, and the end of good weather for offensive operations, an optimistic picture of the war's possible development emerges.
To solidify this trend, the most important thing right now is army recruitment. For my part, I see improving trends in manning. The flow of volunteers is increasing. People see the real state of affairs at the front and are less afraid to sign contracts. This is especially true for UAV operators. Please, anyone who wants to get into a guaranteed good unit, write to me personally. We will win.
And the empire of the swine-faced will be where it has always been – in a hole in the ground they use for a toilet.
