Ukrainian paratroopers eliminate Russian marine unit in Kursk region, secure position
Paratroopers from Ukraine’s 95th Separate Air Assault Brigade stormed a position held by Russia’s 155th Marine Brigade of the Pacific Fleet in the Kursk region, eliminating 14 Russian soldiers
The press service of Ukraine’s Airborne Assault Forces confirmed the operation.
“We never tire of taking out the so-called combatants from the 155th Marine Brigade of Russia’s Pacific Fleet. This time, a recon unit of Ukraine’s 95th Brigade stormed their marine position in one of the landing zones in the Kursk region,” read the report.
The statement highlighted that the Russian soldiers were caught off guard, with the Ukrainian assault so fast that they “didn’t even have time to put on their boots, let alone equip themselves.”
After the assault, the brigade released a video confirming that 14 Russian occupiers had been killed.
“The 155th got f**ked,” said a Ukrainian paratrooper in the video.
Warning: The video contains explicit language and footage of dead Russian soldiers.
Valeriy Ryabykh, military expert and director of development at Defense Express, noted that the Kursk operation is already delivering the expected results.
