Ukraine's General Staff reported the information.
As a result of the strike, the Russian command post was completely destroyed.
Russian forces had used the facility to plan and conduct combat operations against Ukrainian Defense Forces units in the Sumy region. The Ukrainian military emphasized that its destruction significantly reduces the 3rd Motorized Rifle Division’s ability to operate effectively on the battlefield.
"Ukrainian Air Force pilots will continue striking elements of Russian military infrastructure until Russia ceases its armed aggression against the people of Ukraine," the General Staff stated.
- Ukraine likely struck Kh-555, Kh-101 missile warehouse in attack on Russia's Engels. A powerful secondary detonation, occurring hours after the Ukrainian attack, damaged dozens of buildings near the Engels airbase, indicating what might have exploded.
