Ukrainian forces advance near Krynky: ISW assesses frontline situation

Ukraine's army has recently advanced near Krynky, Kherson region. It maintains its positions in the village

This is reported by the Institute for the Study of War (ISW).

Geolocation footage released on April 24 shows that Ukrainian forces have made little progress in northern Krynky, confirming that Ukraine is still holding positions in the town.

Instead, the Russian troops keep trying to attack in other areas. For example, Russia recently made a small advance in Robotyne, Zaporizhzhia region, and fighting continued there.

In addition, the invading forces continue to advance near Chasiv Yar in the Donetsk region. However, there were no confirmed changes on the front line. There are also minor gains west of Avdiivka. Geolocation footage released on April 24 shows that Russian troops have recently advanced in the central and northern parts of Semenivka.

Several Russian milbloggers continued to claim that Russian troops had captured Ocheretyne, while others said the invaders controlled most of the settlement. ISW has yet to find visual evidence to support claims that Russian forces have captured most or all of Ocheretyne.
