Ukrainian Air Force destroys 3 Russian Su-34
On Thursday, February 29, the Air Force of Ukraine destroyed three Russian Su-34 fighter jets.

Lt. Gen. Mykola Oleshchuk, Commander of the Ukrainian Air Force, announced this.
"Today, February 29, is a date that falls once every four years, but it is already a familiar day for Russians with the loss of another aircraft," the statement states.
According to the commander, the Air Force downed the fighter jet in the eastern sector.
At 11:24 a.m., it was reported that two more aircraft had been shot down.
"They don't seem to get it! Russian pilots do not draw any conclusions! Today at about 9:00 a.m., two more Russian Su-34s were destroyed in the Avdiivka and Mariupol directions!" Oleshchuk wrote.

On February 27, the Ukrainian Air Force shot down two Russian Su-34 fighter-bombers in the eastern sector during the day.
