“We discussed work on the rehabilitation and recovery of veterans. I thanked the Prince for supporting our Ukrainian servicemen after their service in various arenas, including the Invictus Games. Prince Harry founded these international sports competitions for veterans in 2014. Ukraine has participated since 2017, and they have since become popular among our military,” the Prime Minister said.

“Now our dream is for the Invictus Games to come to Ukraine. We have all the means to make this happen. Moreover, ‘invincibility’ is a synonym for the Ukrainian spirit, which our defenders demonstrate every day,” Yulia Svyrydenko added.

  • On September 12, Prince Harry arrived in Kyiv with representatives of the Invictus Games Foundation, which supports rehabilitation of Ukrainian veterans through sport.
