The Russian army's command post of the “Sever” troop grouping was hit in the city of Gubkin, Belgorod region. Black, thick smoke was seen in the city

Defence intelligence of Ukraine reported the information.

"The command post of the 'Sever' grouping of the occupying Russian army was successfully targeted in the city of Gubkin, Belgorod region," the statement says.

Local residents reported seeing thick black smoke, noticing a strong smell, and hearing loud explosions.

The Russian Ministry of Defense accused Ukraine of a UAV attack. Reports online mention a strike on a military arsenal in the Novgorod region.
