
Ukraine developing initial steps for peace plan, Zelenskyy says it will be ready soon
Ukraine has begun developing a plan outlining the initial steps toward achieving a just peace, with work on it expected to be completed soon
This was discussed during a conversation between President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Slovenian Prime Minister Robert Golob.
“I had a conversation with Slovenian Prime Minister Robert Golob to inform him about the leaders' summit in London and to discuss our joint efforts,” the president wrote.
“We are preparing a plan for the first steps toward a just and lasting peace. We are working on it quickly, and it will be ready soon,” he added.
According to Zelenskyy, Europe has a shared vision regarding the end of the war and security guarantees, and therefore must be at the table for future negotiations alongside Ukraine and the United States.
Additionally, the parties discussed the implementation of the Grain from Ukraine"initiative.
“Slovenia is joining our efforts to support the Syrian people,” Zelenskyy noted.
