To my European friends: don’t stay calm

Yesterday, parts of Berlin lost power after a suspected attack on a transmission line. Today, Russian drones once again crossed into Poland, and tomorrow Netrebko is set to perform in London

The war is already in Europe, although they don’t realize it, or refuse to understand.

By now they already have their own Strelkovs, Aksyonovs... Russia acts the same way as it did with us: first cautiously, indirectly, through soft power, then ammunition depots start burning (this is roughly where we are now), later the “green men” appear, the “people of Donbas” (or Alsace, it doesn’t really matter) rise up — and by then it’s too late.

Escalation grows step by step if there is no pushback.

Yesterday Berlin police urged citizens through loudspeakers to stay calm. You’re urging in the wrong direction. Don’t stay calm.
