Luhansk Regional Military Administration Chief Artem Lysohor reports this on Facebook.
"This form of voting was organized for those who live in places remote from the voting premises, with difficult or no transport links," noted Lysohor.
According to him, despite the lack of transportation access, the relevant electoral commissions in the occupied areas of Luhansk region have already received the necessary number of ballots and 'somehow set off to these remote locations'.
Currently, searches for residents along the streets are underway.
- On March 2nd, Pavlo Lysianskyi, Director of the Institute for Strategic Studies and Security, founder of the Eastern Human Rights Group, stated on Espreso TV that the Russian occupiers allocated three weeks for sham elections to ensure sufficient time to coerce people to polling stations in the occupied territories.
