Ukraine's Center for National Resistance reports the information.
"At the same time, the enemy does not release those whose contracts have expired, although they were lured into the army for a six-month term to wage war against Ukraine. Thus, the Russians obtain the necessary personnel to fight on the front lines," the report says.
The Center notes that this leads to more frequent cases of desertion in the Russian Armed Forces.
"Soldiers are caught and formed into 'lost' units, which are thrown into attacks as 'cannon fodder,' as they officially went missing before the attack," activists note.
