Russia loses 12 tanks, 16 artillery systems, and 930 soldiers in one day – General Staff

This is stated in the report of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The total combat losses of the enemy from 02.24.22 to 02.11.24 were approximately:

• personnel – about 395,220 (+930)

• armored personnel vehicles ‒ 11,956 (+164)
• artillery systems – 9475 (+16)

• anti-aircraft warfare systems ‒ 666 (+0)

Ukrainian forces repel most of the attacks in the Avdiivka and Bakhmut directions

The operational situation has not changed in the area of the northern Ukrainian border with Belarus.

In the northeastern border area, the Russian army maintains a military presence in the border areas, conducts active sabotage activities to prevent the deployment of Ukrainian troops to threatened areas, and increases the density of minefields along the state border in the Belgorod region.

In the area of responsibility of the Khortytsia operational-strategic group in the Kupyansk direction, Russians did not conduct any offensives. 

In the Lyman direction, Ukrainian troops repulsed 6 Russia's attacks near Terny, Vyimka, and Rozdolivka, Donetsk region.

In the Bakhmut direction, the Ukrainian Armed Forces repelled 14 hostile attacks near Bohdanivka, Ivanivske, Klishchiivka, and Andriivka in the Donetsk region.

In the Avdiivka direction, in the area of responsibility of the Tavria operational-strategic group, Ukrainian defenders continue to hold back the Russian enemy, who keeps trying to surround Avdiivka. Ukraine's soldiers are steadfastly holding the line, inflicting significant losses on the invaders. Thus, the Defense Forces repelled 23 adversary attacks in the areas of Novobakhmutivka, Novokalynove, and Avdiivka and 10 more attacks near Sievierne, Tonenke, and Nevelske in the Donetsk region over the past day.

In the Marinka direction, Ukrainian troops are holding back the Russian forces near Heorhiivka and Novomykhailivka in the Donetsk region, where 35 attacks were repelled.

In the Shakhtarsk direction, Ukraine's defenders repulsed 2 Russia's attacks near Vodyane in the Donetsk region.

In the Zaporizhzhia direction, the Defense Forces repelled 2 Russian attacks near Verbove and Robotyne in the Zaporizhzhia region.

In the area of responsibility of the Odesa operational-strategic group in the Kherson direction, Ukrainian soldiers continue to hold their positions and repel the attacks of the occupation forces. Despite significant losses, Russia keeps trying to drive Ukrainian units out of their positions. Thus, over the past day, the Russian army carried out 2 unsuccessful assault operations.

AFU hit Russian command post, over 100 Ukrainian towns targeted in artillery strikes

In the past 24 hours, missile force units have hit three areas containing enemy personnel, weaponry, and military equipment, along with one control point, two artillery units, and an enemy radar.

Simultaneously, the adversary launched three missile strikes and 64 air attacks, firing 93 MLRS attacks at both military positions and civilian areas. Tragically, there are casualties among the civilian population, and residential and public structures, as well as other civilian infrastructure, have been destroyed or damaged.

Airstrikes occurred in Seredyna-Buda, Druzhba (Sumy region); Varvarivka, Vilkhuvatka (Kharkiv region); Terny, Novomykhailivka, Paraskoviivka, Kostyantynivka, Antonivka, and Vuhledar (Donetsk region); Mala Tokmachka, Robotyne (Zaporizhzhia region); Chervonyi Mayak, Krynky (Kherson region).

Artillery fire targeted over 100 settlements in the Chernihiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Dnipropetrovsk, Kherson, and Mykolaiv regions.

• On the evening of February 10, Russian terrorists launched Shahed drones from the temporarily occupied Crimea. Despite the attack drones directed at Kyiv, air defense forces successfully neutralized all threats. Unfortunately, one person was injured in the Mykolaiv region.
