Oleh Syniehubov, the head of the Regional Military Administration, reported the attack on the Kharkiv region.
"Kharkiv and Kharkiv district: stay in shelters. The occupiers are striking," he wrote.
Earlier, the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine warned of the guided bomb threat in Kharkiv and Donetsk regions.
Suspilne, Ukrinform and Channel 24 also reported on the explosion in Kharkiv.
In particular, Suspilne reported an explosion in the northern part of the city.
